Orders below £200 are subject to a £20 delivery charge.

Delivery Service
Our standard delivery service includes delivery and placement of furniture into your room of choice on the ground floor, subject to suitable access.
A premium assembly service is available on selected made-to-order furniture sourced directly from Italy.
Where assembly is included, the delivery team will unpack and assemble the furniture within your property.
Please ensure that suitable access and adequate parking are available at the delivery address. An adult must be present to receive and inspect the order.
Delivery Access & Additional Charges
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, access routes, entrances, stairways and parking arrangements are suitable for the furniture ordered.
Additional charges may apply where a delivery cannot be completed because of:
* missed delivery appointments;
* inadequate or restricted access;
* unavailable parking where required;
* incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
* late cancellation of an agreed delivery appointment.
Where an additional charge is applicable, we will communicate this to you where reasonably possible before the charge is incurred.
Damage During Delivery or Assembly
Our delivery partners are responsible for any accidental property damage arising from their delivery or assembly activities and handle such claims under their applicable insurance arrangements.
If you notice any issue with your furniture or property at delivery, please contact us promptly so that we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
Changes to Estimated Delivery Dates
If an item becomes unavailable, out of stock or discontinued after an order has been placed, our team will contact you promptly to discuss available alternatives, revised delivery times or cancellation options.
