- A premium assembly service is available on selected made-to-order furniture sourced directly from Italy.
- Where assembly is included, the delivery team will unpack and assemble the furniture within your property.
Please ensure suitable access and adequate parking are available at the delivery address. An adult must be present to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.
Please note that any accidental property damage occurring during delivery or assembly is handled directly by the courier company under their own insurance policy.
Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries, failed access, late cancellations, or incorrect delivery information.
